Point San Pablo Harbor

12-acre privately owned harbor in Richmond with an active marina community of 30 houseboat residents and 100 slips and visitor destination for outdoor recreation, food, live music, and big art, with its outdoor event space, clubhouse, and walking trails.

  • The project include 2 developments: 1026 Cotton Street (75 residential units and a 130-key hotel) and 2036/2040 Livinston St is a 20,000 sqft two-story building, home to over 17 prominent Bay Area artist studios.

75,000 sqft Class A commercial office space south of market converted from a 1920s warehouse with 5 stories, cafe, a rooftop garden (designated privately owned public open space), and a new arts and culture community hub operated by COVEN.
